We had fun on the water today.  I thought abut Hunter the entire time.  We always looked forward to chasing fish on Sundays.  The weather was temperamental so we avoided the dark clouds.  Dolphins were the highlight today.

08.09

What a blast we had pulling each other on the tube and fishing.  We then met up with the Shipley's for a frolic on Dog Island beach.  Amber and Jessica reeled in some Spanish Mackerel and sharks infested the waters we swam in.

08.09

Claude submitted a few pictures of their fishing.

08.23

Nina hosted the celebration of Mark's 25th birthday and Grandma and Grandpa's 57th wedding anniversary.  Take a look at the other pictures by clicking here or the picture above.

08.24

This video is hilarious.  Hunter and Amber being wacky.

08.27

Amber's new tattoo tribute to Hunter looks awesome!

08.28

Jessica and I went to the Greenway park to take a picture or two...

08.30

Jessica and I spent the weekend on the water.  We Fished Saturday night in a very rough bay and then slept on the cabin cruiser overnight.  We woke early and headed out for another bout of fishing.  We saw tons of fish and dolphin.  The seas were calm on Sunday but we have to dart away from several thunderstorms.  We even saw a waterspout!  We tried to video it but the blinding rain prevented that.  After you watch the video check out the pictures here.

Letters@Tallahassee.Com Dear Mr. Hohmeister I read your article in the Democrat this morning and here is my answer to you. The Constitution of the United States guarantees the American People the “Right to Life, liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.” The Constitution does not entitle us the right to a house or a job or a salary. There is no right to an abortion or to health insurance. It is high time the American People get what they can afford, not what they want. People would like to drive an expensive car. But if they can’t afford the big car, they will drive what they can afford. And if they can’t afford a car, they take the bus. And if they can’t afford to ride the bus they will get a bicycle, or walk. Most Americans have health care. A few do not. Some of those who do not have health insurance, do not want it. Some people can’t afford health insurance. Give the people who do not have health insurance, a credit that they can use only for health care. Fix the problems of our present health care system, it is the best in the world. Tort reform is a beginning. Obama is trying to shove down the American People’s throats, a program which they do not want. Ask yourself, why health insurance? Why not a government job with a home and transportation to go with it? The Post Office is broke. The Medicare is broke. The Government is broke! Does any one in their right mind think that the Government is capable of managing our health care? Get serious, Mr. Hohmeister ! I KNOW YOU ARE AWARE THAT Congressman Allen Boyd is our Congressional Representative here in this district of Florida. Tonight at 6Pm, Boyd and two doctors will debate the proposed government takeover of the nation’s health care system. I am not going to attend this debate, I am too old and it is time for you my children, to do the heavy lifting. but here are a few questions I would ask the Congressman, if I were going to attend the debate, and if my questions were selected: YOU VOTED FOR THE STIMULUS PACKAGE, WHAT BENEFITS HAVE WE AMERICANS RECEIVED FROM THE STIMULUS PACKAGE? PLEASE BE SPECIFIC. YOU SAY THAT AMERICANS ARE AFRAID. WHAT ARE AMERICANS AFRAID OF, AND WHY ARE THEY ARE AFRAID? YOU SAY THAT MEDICARE AND SOCIAL SECURITY ARE GOING BROKE. THE GOVERNMENT MANAGES BOTH OF THESE PROGRAMS. WHY DO YOU THINK THAT AMERICANS COULD EVER ENTRUST OUR HEALTH CARE TO THE GOVERNMENT? CONGRESS DOES NOT COME UNDER MEDICARE OR SOCIAL SECURITY. CONGRESS HAS ITS’ OWN HEALTH CARE AND RETIREMENT PROGRAM. WILL YOU CONGRESSMAN, PROMISE IN WRITING, TO BECOME A MEMBER OF WHATEVER MEDICAL PROGRAM YOU IN THE GOVERNMENT PASS, AND THAT YOU WILL USE THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY? Note, I will be watching on TV in the event you go to the debate.

WARNING! DO NOT READ THIS! FDR: devised a ponzi scheme known as Social Security. Remember, he did not end the great depression, as the school books tell us. It was WW 2. If that is not enough, FDR gave away Eastern Europe to the Russians at the Yalta Conference. FDR was a Democrat. Truman: lost the Korean war by ending it in a stalemate. We are still paying the price for this loss today. Truman was a Democrat. JFK: Lost the invasion into Cuba by not supporting the invasion force. Then, this lover boy got the USA into the war in Vietnam. Oh my, Lee Harvey Oswald ended the administration of JFK or he might have done more damage to our Country. Guess what! JFK was a Democrat. LBJ: screwed up the war in Vietnam so bad that we had to run fast to get out of the country. Then the Democrat Congress failed to support the poor South Vietnamese forces and the North Vietnamese invaded the South and now we have a Communist country in Vietnam. Then, LBJ was responsible for the War on Poverty. Billions of dollars have been spent on the poor from the beginning of the United States. There are still many poor people in our Country today. Of course, LBJ was a Democrat. Jimmy Carter: He gave away the Pan- Canal. Jimmy Lost Iran to the religious Muslim nuts and we are still paying for this terrible mistake. Jimmy is without a doubt, the worst president we have ever had. Jimmy was a Democrat. Bill Clinton. He was caught making out with a young girl in the Oral office and was impeached for lying under oath. He was a Democrat Barrack Obama: He bankrupted the USA in less than six months. Only God knows what terrible things he can do during his first, and I hope his last, term of office . Obama is a Democrat. For the gory details of these miscreants, Google each of them

ROBERT NOVAK IS DEAD! HE WAS BORN IN1931 AND WAS BATTLING BRAIN CANCER. So, he has passed on. Another great icon in my life is gone. I loved to read, Novak. He was known as “The Prince of Darkness” Do you ever read the columnists? Do you know the name, Novak? Probably not…Do you know, Charles Krauthammer? I’d be surprised! Kids do not usually “read the news.” Kids do not read news, Robert Novak wrote a political column. Kids know all about rock and roll. Kids know all about sports. Name a football star and they know the name and what they do and well, all about them. But kids do not read much about the news. It is not their thing! Do you read any columnists? Not unless you are an adult. Well that said, I have read the columns since I delivered papers. I used to sit down on my boat on the Susquehanna when I had delivered my last paper. . And there I read the few columns that were in the Harrisburg Evening News. Then, as I grew older, I read other columns and I got hooked on such greats as William F. Buckley, Jr. and of course, Robert Novak. Knowing what is going on in the world is important in your development as an informed citizen. But most people who care, are too lazy to read the paper, except the “funnies” and the sports page. And reading columns? Get serious! I ask kids if they have ever read Joshua Goldberg and David Limbaugh, yes, Rush has a brother who writes a column. And there is a host of other great columns. Go to the Drudge Report… Oh, you don’t read the Drudge report? And there you will see a long list of columnists. When you grow up, you may read the columns. They give you a wider opinion on what is going on. So, Robert Novak is dead! Will there ever be someone as great as he was? Till then, turn on and listen to Rock and roll. It is really educational. And wonderfully entertaining. Love, your dad

Dear Bowmans, I am home again. Many miles were traveled and not all of them happy miles. I did have a good time in New Jersey and Bea and Joe I will send pictures of the family up there.(along with stories of what went on while I was there). The week long trip to Slidell was heart breaking for Gary and me. I talked to Elwanda about assisted living and Gary talked to his dad about life and how it had changed for the two of them. Not sure that either took in what we were saying but we will see. We are still trying to recoop and get some sleep. I got a terrible cold on the plane going to New Jersey (so many sick people travel) when I got home Sunday night I had no voice and still don't have much. At least it is not the flu!!! Coop started walking on his own and started saying mama while I was gone That is just not right that I was the last to see this. Oh well, sometimes life just sucks. Talk to you soon Love you ,like a fat kid loves cake,, Kathy p.s. mom and dad saw the website but I am not sure that they will be able to do it again. Love ya biggest!!!!!

THERE IS A LOT OF TURMOIL GOING ON IN OUR COUNTRY. THE TOPIC IS GOVERNMENT MANAGED HEALTH CARE. THE ADMINISTRATION HAS SOME FANCY NAMES FOR IT BUT WHAT I HAVE SAID ABOUT IT BEING THE GOVERNMENT MANAGING OUR HEALTH CARE IS AS ACCURATE AS ANY. All around the county there are town hall meetings where our law makers are trying to tell the people all about the health care bill. Only problem is that many of the law makers do not know the details of the bill. In other cases, they misrepresent the provisions of the bill. Perhaps by ignorance or maybe by intent. The big thing is that the bill is so difficult to understand that the average citizen would not understand it.. But many people, just common people, have access to the bill in the internet. And these private citizens often know more about what the government is trying to do than their law makers, Now, when Americans get mad, they often raise their voices and they shake their fist. It is the American way. If you have ever gone to a football game you know what I am talking about. If you have seen any of these town hall meetings on TV, you know how mad the people can get. These are real, Americans. Yet, many in the government are calling them “a mob.” They are saying that they are just “rabble rousers.” They are denigrating Americans who are out protesting a bill that will change their health care in a frightening manner. And as a result, the people are pissed off. In fact they are mad as hell and they are not going to take it any more. We can go back in history when the people protested the increase that England put on tea. Remember, the Boston Tea Party? That is the American way. So when the government is telling the people that they are just a “unruly mob“, it is a serious accusation, in fact it is terrible. But, as the Speaker of House has said, it is "un-American" to protest. These people in the government have forgotten that they are our servants, not the other way around. If you get The Democrat news paper, here in Tallahassee, you know that Allen Boyd is holding town meetings. (you can find out the dates of the meetings on line) He is reported to be a "Blue Dog Democrat." He is our Representative (D). What ever that is. In, my estimation, a Democrat is just a Democrat and that is someone I have no time for. So, I keep reading the news in The Democrat and wondering if the people in and around Tallahassee, who go to the town meeting held by Congressman Boyd, are going to raise their voices and shake their fists. And if they demand that they are told the truth about the health care bill. I wonder if “we have people of Tallahassee “ have any intestinal fortitude. Or are “we the people” just too uninterested in their future and do not give a S--T. Remember, I SUPPORT THE PRESIDENT, BUT I DON’T AGREE WITH HIS POLICIES, and so, I hope he fails and that he does it damn fast before the country goes down the tube. Well, that is my opinion. Do you agree?

HOW MANY AMERICANS DON’T HAVE LIFE INSURANCE? IT MUST BE A LOT. SHOULDN’T EVERY AMERICAN HAVE LIFE INSURANCE? OF COURSE! ANY REASONABLE AMERICAN WOULD AGREE. So, why don’t many Americans have life insurance? Every husband knows that they should provide for their family. Only a fool would not provide for their spouse, in the event of their death. So, why doesn’t every person have life insurance? Well, some people are just too stupid and do not think that they should have life insurance. Others can’t afford it. And still others just don’t care. They are not going to die and so why get life insurance? Huh? So, my question to king barrack is, how come health insurance? Why not life insurance? Yes, Government, one payer, life insurance. Oh did you say, we have Social Security? Yeah isn’t it going broke? So much for Social Security. Isn’t that government managed? I guess that is why there is no government managed life insurance. Well, it was a good idea anyway. How about government managed auto insurance? Don’t we all have to have that, if we drive? There is something fishy about government managed health insurance. Don’t you think? REMEMBER, I SUPPORT THE PRESIDENT, BUT I DO NOT APPROVE OF ANY OF HIS POLICIES AND THEREFORE I HOPE HE FAILS. AND I HOPE HE FAILS MISERABLY AND QUICKLY. THE SURVIVAL OF THE COUNTRY DEPENDS UPON IT! Well, that is my humble opinion, what is yours?

Karl, what a beautiful post! You are such a good writer and can express your inner feelings better than most ever will. Best of all, you had the courage to write how you feel. Many have not and others cannot for one reason or the other. Hunter touched so many lives and we are just finding out how many knew him and loved him. But we know so very little about those we love. A few insignificant details and experiences and then there is a vast field of deeper things and thoughts that we will never know. We all live two lives, one for our self and one for our dreams. What complex animals we are! What makes us what we are? We do not even know ourselves. How then could a stranger or even the ones we love the most ever know what lurks down deep in our minds? But you Karl, have put your thoughts down in words and they are so soothing to those of us who love Hunter so very much and will never forget him. Love, Hunter's Grandpa

On 11 August 1951, I was still recovering from a long night. I spent the remainder of the previous night sleeping in a field beside my Jeep with my buddies. We were too drunk to drive home, so we just pulled into a field and spread the Jeep tarp over us. Sometime in the early morning we woke up and I took my buddies George Stott and his cousin Mark and then drove back to my Grandparents home at 12 South Park. The previous night was a blur and I tried to remember all of the things that had happened to me. I had met a girl on 10 August who would change my life forever. I had a scrap of paper in my pocket with her name and telephone number and I went to the phone book to see if she told me the truth. There it was, her name was Husler, Beatrice M. We had gone camping at Black Moshannon State Park and planned to pick- up some girls to spend the night with. Sometime during the afternoon, I drove up Front Street in Philipsburg, Pa. Beside me in the Jeep sat George Stott who was my best friend. In the back seat was George’s cousin. Mark. We began drinking as soon as we had arrived at the camp site, and by afternoon we were feeling no pain. As we drove up Front Street, we noticed three girls walking along outside of the Five and Ten Cents Store. They looked good to us and so I pulled over beside them and engaged them in conversation. We told the girls that we were going to sleep out and would like them to stay with us that night. The girls laughed and soon told us that they would come see us that night. After some free and open talk, we agreed to meet them at the camp site that night. We finally soon drove off and went to Black Moshannon and the covered camp site. We continued drinking and by late afternoon we decided that the girls wouldn’t come out to stay with us. After some discussion on what to do, we headed out to a beer joint that we knew where we planned to look for more girls and to do some more drinking. I drove to the Holiday where we heard loud music. I could see girls sitting in a booth and I decided to ask one of them to dance. The girl I asked to dance with was Phyllis Osewalt and she agreed. Phyllis was a cute blond. She was about five foot two and we were soon dancing. AS we dance, we talked and I mentioned that she was short and I was tall. Phyllis told me that I should danced with her girlfriend and when I retuned Phyllis to where the girls were sitting, she introduced me to her friend. The girl was tall and very thin and she had dark hair and brown eyes and she looked as though she was Hispanic. I do not remember what her name was but when she stood up, I saw that she was very tall when compared with other girls I had known As we danced the girl and I talked but I don’t remember what we talked about. I was much too drunk to remember anyway. Some time during the evening, we all decided to leave the Holiday and drive out to the tall girls house. I drove in my Jeep with my buddies and the girls drove ahead of us and we followed. How I was able to drive, I will never know. That night my buddies took their girls off to separate rooms and I was left with the tall girl. I do not remember everything we talked about that night but some time she told me her name and she wrote it down on a scrap of paper . I remembered that there was a dance at the American Legion where I belonged and I asked the tall girl if she would go to the dance with me. I guess she agreed to go with me but I am not sure. Early in he morning we all said good night to the girls and I said good night to the tall girl. I did not kiss her good night. It was 11 August 1951 but I did not know that I had met the woman who I would spend the rest of my life with. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, BEA

TGIF Every day is Friday to me. Life is great and I have decided to live a long time. I am a survivor and I have beat the bullet so many times that I feel lucky. So, live life, laugh often, love and be loved, and let the wind be at your back and may you have a following sea. God Bless America!

WE SHOULD ALL GET OUR NEWS FROM A VARIETY OF SOURCES. Those who only get their news from one source will soon be narrow minded. I listen to NPR while I am showering. I also listen to NPR on the week end and I listen often throughout the week. I always try to tune in to Everything Considered and The Diane Rehm show during the week day morning.(usually at 10 Am ) On Saturday at 1Pm, I listen to Harry Sheerer. He is such a moron that I have to laugh. And so, I get the “news from the far left” from NPR. There is no balance in their reporting and often what I hear is so biased that I must laugh or puke. Now, I must admit that I used to love NPR “back in the old days” before they turned political. But I know that I will get the “government (spell that democrat) slant on what is going on. I watch MSNBC in the early morning while I am eating breakfast. This clown (Kieth Olberman) on the program is so far left that he is actually funny. I also try to tune in to CNN in the morning, because there again, there is no balance. CNN is “in bed” with the left. I am sure that you will love Keith Olbermann on MSNBC, and you have to see him to believe him. He is usually on early in the morning. A few minutes of him and I have to go to watch something else in a hurry. Well anyway, I am pretty well “educated” in what the left thinks about the world. To get the Right slant, I listen to Glenn Beck when I am walking in the morning with Buddy. I listen to RUSH in the afternoon. And at 4 Pm I watch FOX, Neil Cavuto followed by Glenn Beck. Then at 6 PM I always try to watch FOX evening news. On Sunday I skim the leftwing channels and then always try to watch the FOX Sunday news. So in that way, I get the news from the Right. The big difference is that the news from the right is unbiased. You laugh? Of course, Glenn Beck will tell you that he is from the Right and RUSH will do the same. Neither will tell you they are Republicans, just Conservative. The FOX news is balanced and gives both sides of the story. In that way, I come to a conclusion on what is going on around the world Naturally everything that I hear goes into my unbiased good- ear which is affected by my right wing bias. So that is my way of getting both sides of the news. Then I always read the Drudge Report in the morning and read several columnists, like Charles Krauthammer and. Yes, I have time to do all this. I did not do it when I was working for a living. I really didn’t care too much about what was going on around the world, except as it pertained to the Military. Because if there was trouble in the world, I was probably going to end up there someday. I didn’t care who was President because whom ever it was, he was the Commander in Chief and what he said was my marching orders. If I disagreed with the President, I kept it to myself. So that is my take on the news. I believe that to “be informed” we must get a balance on what is going on around the world. The right and the left has their own slant and it is evident in how it is reported. The Founding fathers knew that a well informed population was necessary to ensure the success of a Republic. So what am I saying? You have to balance your news to find out what is going on. If you ‘re a ‘LEFTIE” I dare you to listen to RUSH AND HANNITY AND BECK….. Wow! I KNOW YOU ARE JUST SICK TO DEATH, WHEN I SAY THAT. But, when you listen to talk radio, you are hearing what real people think and say. It is not how you think. But you will get some good information and you might just laugh from time to time. Don’t quit listening after a few hours, listen for a week and then ask yourself, if you still think you were getting the unvarnished news before. I always listen to the left and so that gives me a balanced idea of what is going on. So turn off rock and roll and other mind numbing crap on the radio and get involved. REMEMBER, I SUPPORT THE PRESIDENT BUT I DO NOT APPROVE OF HIS POLICIES AND SO I HOPE HE FAILS. Well, that is my opinion so what do you think? Love to all, Dad

WHOM EVER IS READING THIS, REMEMBER, NO MATTER WHAT YOU THINK AND HOW YOU THINK, THERE IS SOMEONE ELSE OUT THERE WHO THINKS DIFFERENTLY THAN YOU DO. SO, THINK ABOUT THIS. You think you are right. But that other person thinks they are right also. You can't both be right and you can’t both be wrong. Ask yourself, why do you think the way you do? Have you ever tried to analyze how you think? And or, why you think the way you do? Are you a hypocrite? Someone once said that the faults you see in others are usually your own. You might think that it is OK to raise taxes to pay for universal health care. (Well, you don’t mean, raise your own taxes) Well there is someone just like you who thinks that raising taxes during a recession is not a good idea. Who is right? You may think that a woman has a right to choose. (no one asks the unborn baby (that is not a fetes)) There is someone else who believes that abortion is murder. And the Bill of Rights does not say anything about a woman’s rights. You may believe that there is global warming (that is now known as climate change) and that the USA is to blame. And if nothing is done real quick, Florida will soon be under water and the world will come to an end. Oh yes, how about the poor polar bears? they will not have anyplace to live. Then there is someone else who believes that the climate is always changing and even if it is getting warmer it is not our (Humans) fault. Well, China and India and the developing countries are not going to do anything about it anyway. You may think that it is OK for the government to be in charge of the automobile industry and the housing industry and the mortgage industry and soon, the health industry. After all these industries have proven that they can’t be responsible for their own welfare. Right? But there is someone else who believes that the government should keep their nose out of the private sector. And that the government is the one who is incompetent. Has the government ever designed and made and sold a car? Has the government ever successfully run anything that requires financial acumen? Has the government ever successfully run something like MEDICARE? There are a lot of other crazy beliefs out here in never never land. I can hardly believe of all the nut- jobs. So, no matter how you think and how you think, there is someone else who thinks very differently than you do. Who is right? Go figure! REMEMBER, I SUPPORT THE PRESIDENT, BUT I DO NOT APPROVE OF HIS POLICIES AND SO, I HOPE HE FAILS. You probably think I am crazy, but I think it is you who are crazy. Well, that is how I think, so what do you think?

CASH FOR CLUNKER RADIO’S! I HAVE SEVERAL OLD USED RADIO’S THAT I WOULD LIKE TO TRADE IN FOR NEW ONES. I am hoping that king barrack will establish a GOVERNMENT plan so that I can get at least $ 45.00 ea. for my old clunker radio’s. I want to be sure that the new radio is made in the United States. I know that my old radio will be destroyed and no one will ever be able to use them again. How about that? Wouldn’t that stimulate the economy? REMEMBER, I SUPPORT THE PRESIDENT, BUT I DO NOT APPROVE OF HIS POLICIES AND SO I HOPE HE FAILS. Well that is my opinion. What do you think? Put me down as a right wing radical mobster who clings to his Bible and his guns. Love to you all, your Dad

Good memory about Millersberg Dad. Kurt your trip out in the water on Sunday looks like it was fun. My friend's husband went out on Saturday past K-tower and got caught in a squall and capsized his boat. They lost the engine and the boat flipped after taking on water. They had to me towed in, Wow. GLad you stayed close to shore. I know that Hunter was with you the whole day. Love you

DO YOU THINK THE WORLD IS FLAT? OF COURSE NOT! ANYONE WHO BELIEVES THE WORLD IS FLAT IS STUPID. EVERYONE KNOWS THE WORLD IS ROIUND. BUT SOME, A FEW THINK THE WORLD IS FLAT…. AND NO ONE CAN CHANGE THEM. THEY THINK DIFFERENTLY FROM YOU AND ME. What do you think of those Who think the world is flat? WE laugh at them. They are ignorant. They haven’t read the same books we have. Their potty training has been mismanaged. What if the school your kids were enrolled in started teaching that the world is flat? What if your kids, or your grandchildren, were going to that school? What would you do? Would you just forget about it or, would you be so pissed off that you would go to the principal and tell that person that you were not going to take it and that he had better quit teaching that crap. And then if he didn’t have your attention, you tell him that you were going to demand his resignation? Well, once upon a time, our Founding Fathers decided that they were not going to be subjects of a king that didn’t give a damn about them. And that they were not going to pay taxes on, what? Tea? Oh come on,, so the king was just raising the tax on tea? Well you know the rest of the story. People right now, as I write these words, are getting pissd- off because the frigging government is screwing them. (that is US) Well, people are getting off of their easy chairs today and going to meetings where their congress men (and women) are trying to get them to vote them back to Congress. And people, just like you and me, are telling these morons that “We the people are PISSEDD OFF AND WE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANY LONGER. Wake up folks and smell the flowers! The government is screwing us. And guess who is responsible? If you do not know, you need to watch the news more often. REMEMBER, I SUPPORT THE PRESIDENT, BUT I DO NOT APPROVE OF HIS POLICIES AND THEREFORE I HOPE HE FAILS, DO YOU HEAR ME? F AI L S. Well that is my humble opinion and I wonder what you think? Be brave and tell me how you feel. Some day, your grandchildren might just say, “What did my ancestors say about the tea tax?” So, my children, do not be afraid, speak up, tell the world how you feel and tell the “flat landers” that they are ignorant. Love always, your Dad

Conor, I loved talking with you. You sound so grown up and I love to hear about all of the things you are doing. I like the pictures your Mom sends of you and your friends. You are funny and you are a good actor. I miss you so much and look forward to seeing you just as soon as you can come South. When you come to visit Grandma and me, we will go to the museum and see all of the animals. I would like to take your picture up inside the railroad car. I love you, always, your Grandpa

CARS FOR CLUNKERS? TELL ME IF I AM WRONG! I HAVE NEVER BEEN A BUSINESS MAN OR SOLD A CAR. BUT I HAVE BOUGHT A LOT OF THINGS IN MY LIFE TIME AND I THINK THE PROGRAM OF GETTING $4,500.00 DOLLARS FOR A CLUNKER IS STUPID. What do you think? There are so many rules and regulations associated with the clunker program that it is a monster which the government has laid on car dealerships. You know, it sounds like another “stupid obama plan” and that is stupid. Would any car dealership voluntarily give a buyer a credit of $4,500.00 dollars on their new car inventory? Would they? Would you if you were a car dealer? So the program went bust over the past few days and now, However, king barack and his democrats, are going to sink another billion of our dollars into this program,. Did you hear it right? It is our money. If these morons in the democrat party, can’t handle a program like “cash for clunkers“, would you want them handling your health service? By the way, the government has no money. They get it all from us, the taxpayers. So, the clinker program is our money. Why doesn’t the government say, “The people will not have to pay any taxes for a year.” You know why? it is because the government, (that is Congress) wants to be the one who controls and spends the distribution of money. If you had a hundred thousand dollars what would you do with it? Do you know that the government thinks you are too stupid to handle that much money. Maybe you are but, most people would try to pay off their homes. Others would pay off their credit debt. Still others would set money aside for their kids education. Others would buy a new car Others would buy a refrigerator or furniture or whatever. Would that stimulate the economy? You bet! But you can be sure the politicos would not go for that plan. They would get no credit for it? These people in Washington are just a bunch of crooks. They cannot and should not be entrusted with the people’s money. These jerks are coming back to their districts in the next few days. It is the duty of the people to tell these Congress people that if they continue to waste our money we are not going to vote for them. That will get their attention better than anything else. REMEMBER, I SUPPORT THE PRESIDENT, BUT I DO NOT APPROVE OF HIS POLICIES AND SO, I HOPE THAT HE FAILS.. Well that is my opinion and I wonder what you think?
