It is Saturday morning and my time to tune in to NPR. What was the topic? “How to interview a jazz musician.” I listened for a while, thought, “No wonder the government has to pay NPR to stay on the air.” They cater to libs and dems and nutcases and all the left wing jerks. NPR says they don’t have commercials, but it doesn’t take long till they name some commercial enterprise who wants their name mentioned on radio. Anyway, what mind numbing junk. I really wanted to hear the news on NPR, just to make me mad. But all the news “from the left” was over. After a while of some fag interviewing a guitar banger, I switched to a Rock station. Wow! Now that was mind numbing. I tried to imagine listening to that crap all day, thought, “I couldn’t even understand the words and the music, if that is what they call it, was terrible. What was it that Churchill said? “If you are young and not a liberal, you have no heart. But if you are an adult and still are a liberal, you have no brain.” Saturday is not good for Talk Radio until Kim Kommando comes on. At least she has a good program about computers. I don’t understand half of what she says but she gives away computers and other neat stuff to her callers. I guess I will crank up the bike and ride out my agressions. Love to all you family members who read the guest book.

The libs are trying to bring back the fairness Doctrine. The libs can't stand Talk Radio. Yes, it is almost totally Conservative. But there is no one on Talk Radio that does not admit that they are Conservative. Does NPR admit that it is liberal? NO! how about all of the alphabet channels? do they admit to being liberal? NO! The libs are afraid of the power of Talk Radio. It is the voice of real people. Free Speech.. That is what it is all about. People listen to Talk Radio because they like it. It says the things they are saying and thinking. We the People must be able to voice our opinions. TALK RADIO IS WHERE THE PEOPLE CAN AND DO SAY WHAT THEY THINK. IF THE POLITICIANS THINK WE SPOKE OUR OPINIONS WITH A LOUD VOICE ON THE IMMIGRATION BILL, LET THEM TRY TO SILENCE US.

The American People won today. The Immigrtion Bill that would haver made over 12M wetbacks, citizens of the USA, lost. But we, the people won. Just enforce the laws on the books. Build the wall and that will take more than we can handle. Thank goodness for TALK RADIO and RUSH LIMBAUGH.

After me contacting both of our Senators by e-mail, the cloture motion vote passed anyway. So the Immigrqtion Bill is still viable. it isn't dead yet by a long shot. If you are interesrted, go to Goggle and see where to contact the Fl senators. I knew that Nelson would vote for the Cloture Motion. (another stupid dem) Oh well, I did my civic duty.

A good leader is passionate. You can teach leadership principles to a simpleton, but they probably would not apply what they have learned. The passionate leader is out front, leading. General Patton said, “You can’t push spaghetti from the ass end.” Men must be inspired by their leader if they are to accomplish the impossible. A good leader is passionate in thought word and deed.

You may ask how the passage of the immigration bill will destroy the Republican Party. It is like this...Who votes democrat? It is people who do not think beyond tomorrow. It is the people on the left. Don't be confused by their calling themselves PROGRESSIVES. That is just another word for liberal. They are not even brave enough to call themselves what they are. It is the poor, the uneducated the people who do not know anything about politics. They are the unwashed masses. So, who are the wetbacks? they are loosers. They can't or won't make it in Mexico. They come here not only for a job but for healthcare for themselves and their family. MEDICARE IS GOING BROKE, FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO WILL NEED IT IN THE NEXT TWENTY YEARS.. Remember, the emergency rooms may not (by law) turn them away. No health care? no problem. So, it is the poor and uneducated and simple minded who will vote for the Dems who will give them a free meal. It is the loosers who vote democrat. Add 12M more prospective democrat voters to the books and there goes the Republican Party. Bill Nelson (D Fl) is your senator. Tell him you do not want closure on the immigrqtion bill. You can bet he will be voting for closure. After that, the game is up.

Passage of this Immigration bill will result in the destruction of the Republican party. How so? when over 12 M wetbacks become US citizens, as a result of the bill passage, which party do you think they will vote for? huh? If you love your country, ask your law makers in DC to vote against the Immigration bill. Ask your self, when the dems are for the bill, that is your first clue. Yes, there are stupid repubs and they deserve to get voted out of office also. JUST ENFORCE THE LAWS ON THE BOOKS. AND BUILD THE WALL. Why aren't US citizens crossing illegally into Mexico?

First day of summer. WOW ! it seems like it has been summer for months. But that is Florida and Tallahassee. Life is so great, that I am afraid to mention it. You can't bragg too much or some one may try to take it away from you. I just rode my bike and so that is just one of the many blessings I have. My dearest Bea is still not up to par after her procedure. But she is improving and that is a good sign. When Mama is happy, the rest of us had better be happy also. John Denver is singing to me so I will sign off and listen. Love Dad

MY SILENCE My love, am I too loud for you? Do I make too much noise? And, do I have too much fun, When I am out with the boys? Well then, you better just find a sissy, Who is quiet as a little mouse. Then you will hear the awesome silence, That will fill this quiet house. There is plenty of time for silence, Just after I have gone away. And, no one will say,” I love you.” Sorry, but that‘s all I shall say. I’ve tried to make you happy, And do the things you like, But, if you want to hear my silence, Then, I will just go ride my bike. By Joseph R Bowman 16 June 2007

Happy Fathers Day, Dad. When you were still alive, I never said those words to you. I wish that there had been a Fathers Day, back when I was young. But, in a truer sense, every day was Fathers Day, and you taught me every day by your personal example to respect you and to live my life as a man should live it. The years have passed by so quickly and here it is, another Fathers Day, and I miss you. When I was just a little boy, you taught me how to be a man. Men were different back in the Thirties. Fathers were the heads of their families more interested in just helping their families survive. During the Great Depression, the job came first. It had to! Millions of men were out of work and if you had a job, any job, you did your best to keep it. So, you worked hard at the Post Office, and didn’t have much time to play ball with me or take me fishing or to fly a kite. But you talked to me like an adult, and when I was with you, you taught me so many things that I have never forgotten. You taught me honesty and the importance of reliability, and truthfulness and hard work and so much more. But most of all, you taught me how to be a Conservative and why it is more important to think with my head than my heart. You taught me how to appreciate the importance of politics in my life. And, you taught me to be interested in current events and how to communicate my ideas with others. But more important, and practical, you taught me leadership that I used as an Army Officer and later in running a police academy. You also taught me the importance of love, for you did the right thing as the husband of your wife. So, on this Fathers Day, 2007, I wish you a happy Fathers Day. I wish I could say that to you, but I guess I am saying it to you anyway. You were a good Father and my life would have not been so good without you. I love you, Dad. Always, your son, Joe
