3/05 Christy took Amber to Panama City for a swim meet. Jordan came along. Amber placed 1st in 200 yard breast stroke and 2nd in 100 back stroke! Great job Amber. Hunter meanwhile stayed behind with me. At baseball he ran into home twice and hit the ball well. Click the pik. |

3/27 We just got back from vacationing at St. George Island. We came back to new wood floors in our house along with 2 inches of dust every where. It was worth the clean up. The floors are gorgeous. Take a look at our vacation pictures. Click. Beach video page here. |

Easter 2005 is over and I want to thank all of you that came and helped us enjoy the good food and conversation. I love it when all the family is together. We did miss the ones that could not attend. We need to make some changes and next time only prepare half the amount of food that we think we want. I do thank you all for your help and sharing your goodies with us. Until the next time. Happy Easter! He has risen. We have forgotten what this day means to hundreds of millions of Christians all around the world. How has one person so changed the world? HE never wrote a book, HE never traveled further than a few miles from where HE was born. HE never graduated from high school or college. Yet, HE changed the world. HIS teachings have been translated into every language in the world. HIS message is so simple that most people do not understand it. It is, GOD IS LOVE. If we could live the way HE preached, we would all be better.
Thankyou Christy and Kurt for a wonderful visit with you yesterday on St George's Island. The crab lunch was superb.
I hope every one that is on Spring break will have a great time. I hope the weather knows it is spring break time and everyone wants sunshine. Kurt and Christy relax and forget the routine stuff. I will be thinking about you all. Love to all.

Happiness is going to the movie on humpday afternoon to see Merchant Of Venice with your honey and holding hands as you watch. I hope all of you will arrive at this wonderful stage in your lives with the one you love. Love Dad
Dear Actnuts, Happiness is going to bed and hearing the rain on the roof. Especially when you are going to bed with your honey. When you first get in bed and feel the cool sheets and you smell your honey so sweet and warm, it is the best time of the day. Then you hug and...well, you know the rest of the story. Life is truely great! I hope all of you out there will have a wonderful marriage like your Mama and me. On 10 August, we will have known each other fifty four years. Dear Actnuts, Oh how well I remember those times in my life when I was glad to have them behind me. In Viet Nam, I used to thank God that I had survived yet another day. Life is a struggle and just a series of hard jobs one after the other. But, it all makes up what we call living. The greater the responsibility, the greater the stress. The troops may think, "Oh well, the old man gets big bucks for his job and I do all the work". But they don't know, and we can't tell them... for they would not understand. I know you are proud to be in a profession where you are working with the best product in the industry. When I go around town and I see so many vehicles with Legacy on the logo, I think, our son is responsible for that. And when I see so many Legacy vehicles, I know you have busted butt to put those vehicles on the road. We are so proud of you. I miss you. Love, Dad
