Amber and Hunter, Congratulations on your outstanding scholastic record. Some say that those who get the best grades in high school are in line for bigger and better things in later life. If you can do good in school, you just might do well in higher education. Most of your success is your responsibility, however, your parent's interest and influence on you are equally important. Grandma and I are so proud of you and wish you success next year.

Hunter your graduation ceremony was awesome. It was neat when you were 1 out 2 kids in your class to have all A's all year and when you stood for national recognition in the physical fitness program at Roberts. I loved seeing you there and I am very proud of you. Can't wait to have you at RAA

Hello World! We are back on line and ready to receive mail. Please know that we love to get mail and phone calls and especially visits from our family. Yesterday, Claude "just dropped in" to chat. It was wonderful to have him, one on one. We are always free to receive your calls, E-mail and visits. If we don't contact you frequently, it s because we know you are all very busy. So, we hate to "butt-in" and possibly disrupt your activity, which is so much more important than ours. We are retired and so have more time than you do. So, Feel free to call us at any time of day or evening (between 0600-2200 daily.) Thanks for all your help during our communications blackout. Love always, Mama and Dad

Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers in our family. Remember, every day is Mothers Day. Don't think that tomorrow is just another day. Every day is a day to thank your Mom for all she has done and all she does for you. Tell her that you love her. Call your Mom and ask what you can do for her TODAY. Often we forget that our Mom is not expendable. It is only after they have gone that we realize how much they meant to us. So, don't wait till Mothers Day next year to appreciate your Mom.

Today, Bin Laden is laughing his ass off. He says to his second in command. "See Amehed, I told you so. The Americans are weak. We will be victorious over them. All we need do is to kill an American soldier every day and it won't be long till they leave our beloved country. Remember Viet Nam and Rawanda and everywhere we are fighting them? America is just a paper tiger. We kill their soldiers and burn their bodies and drag their bodies through the streets. And now, because they show pictures of our prisoners without their clothes, they beg forgiveness and plan to compensate their families. Wait till a few weeks before their stupid election. We will stike America a terrible blow that will cause that animal Bush to be beaten. The Ammerican people will send Bush back to Texas with his tail between his legs. Then that animal Kerry will pull his evil troops from Iraq and Saddam will return to power and punish those who helped the Americans. Ali Ali Ackbar!"

Hey everyone! My mom and I are back! I had an awesome time at Washington D.C.!! The 18 hour bus ride was very long but somehow I got through it. We arrived at Washington on Saturday at around 11:30. After that we went to our hotel rooms where we got dressed then went to the Arlington Cemetery. There were everlasting graves of dead soldiers and we went into Robert E. Lee's house. We also saw the Kennedy's grave and the Columbia and Challenger space shuttle's memorial grave. After the cemetery we went to the Lincoln memorial and the Vietnam memorial. The next day we went to the Holocaust which was very depressing and the Korean memorial which was very neat. The next day we went to the 2nd largest church in the U.S. and the 4th largest in the world church in the world. It was so pretty!! The we saw the WW1 memorial which had only been open two days!! And the we went to the Franklin D. Roosevelt's memorial which had a lot of waterfalls that were very pretty. Lastly we went to the events of history museum. On the last day we went to the supreme court and the capital and the Vietnam Wall. On the wall I remembered the name Stephen F. Bowman but grandpa had not known him. Then we rode the subway to the mall and shopped for about an hour. After that we rode home. Washington was so fun and I hope I go again!
