The best thing about dad's hospital visit was watching and hearing him tear his chest hairs out when he removed his sensors!!  I loved seeing him conscience and enjoying life.  Everyone is coming for dinner tonight.

I was awarded a trip to Las Vegas today.  It was a 3 month contest that has paid off from lots of hard work.  It will mean fun, relaxation and money in the wonderful adult Disney World of Las Vegas, Nevada.  I think the trip is in September or October.

The media has succeeded in tormenting the public.  One person in 250,000,000 dies and all of a sudden people are concerned with their tires!  Stay at home for God sakes.  More people are killed by bee stings every day!  Rest easy.  Here is the official statement by Firestone claiming which cars are not in jeopardy.  Click here to read for yourself.  All is safe now.  Remember however, unplug your toaster oven before you drive off in your suv!

I have survived a wild week.  What an awesome month Team Toyota is having!  I am so thankful of my day off tomorrow.  I need to get rested for the coming week.  Last week of the month and it is time to push!  Whippity Doooooooooo!  Thanks for all the guest book activity.  Any ideas for the website would be appreciated.

We went to dinner last night at Beef O'Brady's.  The host sat us down right next to Bobby Bowden.  We ate our meal and observed several people approach Mr. Bowden asking for his autograph.  When he was done his meal, he and his wife stood up came over to our table and he grabbed Hunter by his shoulders remarking, "look at this big o' boy!"  Of course Hunter had no idea who this was until we explained to him.  Christy is sure he has discovered his next line backer!

Last night Hunter yanked his loose tooth from his head.  Blood was everywhere.  He said it tasted good.  Yikes.  

Shipley's will arrive Friday night
Just a couple more days until the Shipley's are here.  I hope to see them for at least 5 minutes.  My work schedule is rough this week.  I will be at the Tallahassee Mall for a huge sale.  Life is grand!

As normal we are having a rainy afternoon.  I swear, when we put up a tent it somehow causes the clouds to dump on us.  It must be some sort of phenomenon. 

Two cars sold so far - 3:45pm
It's pretty scary when I have time to update the news during working hours.  We are off to a slow start today.  We didn't expect to have a blow out today anyway.  Hope all is well with everyone.  I should be able to get a day off the middle of next month or so.  Supportive emails appreciated.

Tallahassee Mall Offsite Sale - 12:02pm
Team Toyota is at the mall for the next 5 days.  I am set up in a little motor home.  I have the air conditioning on 62 degrees.  Christy called me to inform me of her bonus from school.  Yeah Christy!  I can hardly believe another month is over!  Get ready for September everyone.  Cool weather is right around the corner.
